Leave a Gift in Your Will

For over 30 years, Islington Centre for Refugees and Migrants has stood alongside people rebuilding their lives after seeking safety in the UK. Every day we see the extraordinary difference that kindness, community and practical support can make.

A gift in your Will is one way to ensure that this work can continue for generations to come.

After taking care of your loved ones, even a small percentage of your estate could help future generations of people seeking sanctuary to access friendship, advice, English classes, wellbeing activities and opportunities to rebuild their lives with dignity.

Why leave a gift to Islington Centre?

Legacy gifts help charities plan for the future. They allow us to continue providing vital support to people who have been forced to leave everything behind, helping them to build new lives and become part of our community.

Every legacy, whatever its size, is a lasting expression of compassion and hope.

How to leave a gift in your Will

Leaving a gift in your Will is simple. You can:

  • include a share (or percentage) of your estate
  • leave a specific sum of money
  • leave a particular item or asset

If you already have a Will, you may be able to add a gift through a simple amendment known as a codicil.

If you would like to make or update your Will, we can put you in touch with trusted Will-writing providers who offer free or low-cost services.
